Delta Pi Properties Inc. is excited to announce our “BUY-A-BRICK Campaign” in order to help us pave the way to build a house for the Delta Pi Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity.

The “BUY-A-BRICK Campaign” gives all active members, alumni, family and friends the opportunity to leave their legacy on our chapter's history and donate to our success in Americus. In an effort to demonstrate our continued support of the chapter and the house proposal, these bricks will be placed along the walkway leading up to the house.

Please join us in making our vision for a new house a reality by purchasing a brick today! It will help show the support of our Chi Phi brothers at Georgia Southwestern State University.

Bricks are available in two sizes and can be purchased by an individual or group. The brick sizes available are 4"x8" ($150.00) and 8"x8" ($250.00). Also, for an additional $50.00, you can purchase a donor brick. The donor brick is an exact replica of the brick that will go in the ground.
