Vision and Purpose
Is a place where every Chi Phi can meet, bond, and reunite, with new people and old friends by establishing and maintaining safe, affordable living arrangements in a socially conducive, educational environment for members of the Delta Pi chapter of the Chi Phi fraternity.

Culture
Is that of a positive, professional, like-minded, responsible environment where we are accountable to one another. We are business minded, hard working friends who voluntarily work together to achieve a positive, productive, team environment. We do not tolerate people or actions that are unethical, irresponsible, or who try to remove the unity of our team. We diligently work to provide safe, affordable living arrangements for the members of the Delta Pi chapter of the Chi Phi fraternity.

Brand
Is that of a professional, responsible fraternal partner. We work hard to develop good relationships with donors, Chi Phi brothers, and parents. We want our brothers to see us as a well-run organization that plans, solves problems, and acts responsible with the resources that are entrusted to us.
