A house allows personal bonds to form…friendships to be made. It’s a sense of environment that fosters fellowship and provides a visual backdrop for fond memories in one’s mind. Can Chi Phi continue to function at GSW at the high level it has been over the last 14 years? Yes, but it won’t grow or prosper. We want to share Chi Phi with as many mature, deserving, young men as possible but without a house to call a home, we will never be able to realize our chapter’s potential.

This is why we at DPPI have dedicated ourselves to this cause. Chi Phi will always have an important place in our hearts and minds. The chapter gave us so much while we were undergraduates. We want to make sure we do everything we can to make sure that the active chapter continues to foster the types of friendships, bonds, memories and success that we had while at GSW. Read More
